Replacement Policy
Replacements are applicable only if:

The product is damaged upon delivery

Incorrect engraving due to our error

QR code is not functional
Conditions:

Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Photo or video proof is required

Replacement will be issued (no refunds)
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:

The order is cancelled before engraving begins

The order is lost in transit
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
