Returns Policy

Due to the custom engraved nature of CoziTags products:

❌ Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect details entered by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear


Replacement Policy

Replacements are applicable only if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery

  • Incorrect engraving due to our error

  • QR code is not functional

Conditions:

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photo or video proof is required

  • Replacement will be issued (no refunds)


Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The order is cancelled before engraving begins

  • The order is lost in transit

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
